These terms cover your use of herdsmen.ai and of The Herdsmen App, where our customers see what we captured on their property. They’re an agreement between you and The Herdsmen, LLC (“The Herdsmen,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or the app, you agree to them. How we handle your information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

This site describes our services in general terms. The actual work is quoted and agreed in writing, covering scope, schedule, price and what you receive, and that agreement governs the work. An agreement may cover a single job or a season of work. An urgent search for a missing animal may begin on terms agreed by phone and confirmed in writing afterwards. Nothing on this site is an offer, a guarantee, or a promise of particular results.

Every flight is subject to weather, airspace, FAA rules and safety. We may postpone, shorten or decline a flight when conditions aren’t safe or legal to fly.

Accounts are by invitation, for our customers and the people at their farm they ask us to add. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your login. Until you tell us, what is done with your login is your responsibility. We can suspend or remove a login to protect your account or your data, and we remove one when your farm asks us to.

The app shows the record of our work on your property. What we found is shown once a person at The Herdsmen has released it. A count is approximate, not exact to the last animal. A position on the map marks the middle of a photograph, not the exact place of what is in it. Like this site, the app is provided as it is. What you receive from our work, and how you can use it, is set out in the agreement that covers it.

Please don’t:

• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, the app, our systems or other people’s data;
• interfere with how the site or the app works, or overload either with automated requests;
• submit false information or someone else’s details through our forms.

The text, illustrations, logo and other material on this site belong to us. You’re welcome to share links and to quote it with credit, but please don’t copy it for commercial use without asking. What you receive from our work, meaning imagery, reports and data, and how you can use it, is set out in the agreement that covers it.

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Information here is general and isn’t agronomic, veterinary or legal advice for your particular situation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
