The Herdsmen App
The app holds the photos and video from each flight over your land. It shows what we found in them and where each photo was taken. It keeps the record of every job, and it comes with the work. There is nothing to install: it runs in the browser on your phone or computer.
Opening for commercial work in the first quarter of 2027.
For customers we have invited. Your invitation comes by email when we start work on your property. Not a customer yet? Tell us what you need.
Pick a property, then a day
Each day we flew has a line saying what was found, like "Gate open" or "Tree on the fence". Open the day to see every photo and video from it in the order taken.
Checked by a person
We mark each finding on the photo, so you can check it yourself. A photo we haven't checked yet says so.
On a map
Where the day's photos were taken, over a satellite picture of your ground, with coordinates to copy or open in Google Maps. The spot marked is the middle of the photo, not the thing in it.
Not right? Tell us
One press on any photo opens Support with that photo already named.
By invitation, and only your own land
Your own password
You choose your password the first time you sign in. You see the properties we fly for you and nobody else's.
Your people
More than one person at a farm or an estate can sign in. Ask us to add or remove someone. A manager can see who has a sign-in.
Two-factor sign-in, if you want it
You can add a code from an authenticator app on top of your password. It's optional, and the app will keep suggesting it.
A record of every job
An email tells you when a report is ready, and you read it in the app, beside the earlier ones for the same fence line, field, array or building. For a missing animal, we call you first.
Fence sweeps
Every spot we flagged, with its photo and GPS coordinates, set beside the last sweep of the same line. Copy the list of spots, map links included, for whoever is going out with the wire.
Livestock and feed counts
A head count of each species, with the animals marked on a photo of every group. A count of the whole property is checked against your herd records, with any difference pointed out. A feed count gives your bales by kind and your silage as an estimated volume, beside your last feed count.
Missing animal searches
You hear by phone the moment we have a sighting, then by text with a map link to where the animal is, and a photo when we have one to send. The app keeps the record afterwards: where we searched and what we found.
Field applications
What was applied, where, when and at what rate, with the wind and weather at the time.
Solar cleaning
What was cleaned and when, with before-and-after imagery of the array.
Inspections and estate visits
Each thing we found, where it is, and a close photo and a thermal photo of it. An estate visit has a section for each thing we looked at, each with its own answer.
Seasonal scans
A call or a text from the field, with a map link to each find. The app keeps each field's answer afterwards.
What we keep from a flight, and why, is in the Privacy Policy. How a result is made is on Technology.
