Check the roof without the ladder.

A storm lifts a roof sheet, and a wet patch under a roof spreads before it drips. We fly your barns and sheds with the zoom and thermal cameras, and look over the units on the roof and the hay stacked outside. Nobody has to go up.

Opening for commercial work in the first quarter of 2027.

What we look for

Roof damage

Lifted or missing sheets, rust, failed flashing and blocked gutters, close up from the zoom camera.

Wet under the roof

Wet insulation holds the day's heat longer than dry. Flown as the evening cools after a sunny day, thermal can show where water has got in, often before it drips.

Rooftop and outdoor units

HVAC units, the condensers that cool a milk tank, and exhaust fans. Thermal shows one running hotter than it should, or one that has stopped.

Heat leaking out

On a cold morning, a heated shop, office or poultry house shows where its insulation is missing or has slipped.

Hay running warm

Hay baled too wet can heat up in the stack. We look for warm spots on the outside of stacks and bale rows.

A probe in the stack is the real test, and the photos show you where to put it.

A record of every building

Once a year, the same views of every roof and wall. After a storm, the same views again, so you and your insurer can see what changed.

Looking after an estate? One visit can check the buildings, heat pumps, generator, grounds, water, fences and panels. Estate Visits

What a drone can't see

Thermal reads surfaces. It can't see through a wall or into the middle of a stack, and the wiring inside a barn is a job for an electrician with a handheld camera, not a drone. A unit we find running hot or stopped is confirmed by your HVAC or refrigeration technician before anything is replaced.

What a check gets you

What you get

The reportEach thing we found, which building or stack it is on, and a close photo and a thermal photo of it
What a finding saysIn words: Roof sheet lifted, Rust, Gutter, Wet roof, Unit hot, Unit off, Heat loss, Warm hay or Storm damage
How it reaches youAn email tells you when the report is ready and what was found. It is kept with the property's previous checks.
WhenAfter a storm, or on a schedule. Heat loss is flown on a cold morning while the building is heated. On a property with a dock, it can be part of the dock's rounds.
The aircraftThe Matrice 30T, launched at your property, or the Matrice 4TD from a dock on it. Both carry zoom and thermal.
At the siteWe keep clear of people, livestock and the power lines to your buildings

Tell us what is on the property and what worries you, and we'll say how we'd fly it. We fly out to about 100 miles from Ghent: the coverage map has the counties.
