Check the pond banks, culverts and troughs from above.

A seeping bank, a blocked spillway or a culvert full of brush after a storm is slow to find on foot. We fly the water on your property with the zoom and thermal cameras: ponds, culverts, troughs and tanks, and the fields where water stands after rain.

Opening for commercial work in the first quarter of 2027.

What we look for

Banks and spillways

Wet ground below a pond bank, a bank slumping, and a spillway with debris caught in it.

Culverts

A culvert blocked with brush or silt after a storm, before the water finds another way.

Troughs and tanks

Low or empty water, or a tank that has stopped filling. On a property with a dock, it can be part of the morning rounds.

Wet fields and leaking lines

Ground that stays wet after rain where drainage has failed, and a buried line leaking where the water and the ground differ in temperature.

What a drone can't do

A dam's inspection is an engineer's job, and our photos support it rather than replace it. New York's Department of Environmental Conservation (opens in a new tab) recommends that a dam's owner look it over at least every three months and after a big storm or flood, and keep the record, with dated photos. A visit on a schedule adds what can be seen from the air to that record, and doesn't take the place of your own look. A buried leak shows only on days when the water and the ground differ in temperature, so one flight can miss it.

What a check gets you

What you get

The reportEach thing we found, where it is on the property, and a close photo and a thermal photo of it
What a finding saysIn words: Bank seeping, Spillway blocked, Culvert blocked, Trough low, Wet ground or Line leak
How it reaches youAn email tells you when the report is ready and what was found. It is kept with the property's previous checks.
WhenAfter a storm, or on a schedule. On a property with a dock, troughs and tanks can be part of its rounds.
The aircraftThe Matrice 30T, launched at your property, or the Matrice 4TD from a dock on it. Both carry zoom and thermal.

What water is on your land?

Tell us about the ponds, culverts and troughs, and we'll say how we'd fly them. We fly out to about 100 miles from Ghent: the coverage map has the counties.
